*National Team will be determined by the best two cross country races in the Fall. In addition, in order to be considered for the team, the individual will have to be a team member no later than November 1st of each year.
Team Fees and Benefits
Membership Dues / Renewal
$50 every 6 months due by June 1st and January 1st. If membership dues are not paid within 30 days of the due dates (June & Jan) runners will be removed from the email distribution list. Upon payment you will be reinstated. There are no pro-rated membership fees.
New Member Initiation Fee
$50 initiation fee for new members.

There is no obligation to be at all practices, we realize people have busy schedules.
Team Requirements
Any runner that meets the following standards documented the same year as the designated nationals race will automatically be on the team with no required Fall Cross Country races (as long as they apply at or before November 1st). This is in recognition that many athletes have different goals for their season including marathons and triathlons and have limited time to do additional races, but clearly have the ability and fitness to be on the team.
Women's Team
- age 35 or less 23:00 5K or faster
- ages 36-40 23:30
- ages 41-45 24:00
- ages 46-50 24:30
- ages 51-55 25:00
- ages 56-60 25:30
- ages 61-65 26:30
- ages 66-70 27:00
You must be a USATF Club member (for insurance purposes).
