Coach
Janet Collar, Spokane Swifts President & Coach
Janet Collar founded the Spokane Swifts running team in 2008. She is a 4 time All American for the University of California, Davis, Cross Country and Track Team, 1990-94. In addition, she was an assistant coach for Spokane Community College Cross Country and Track Team in the late 90s. She is a Nurse Practitioner for the Rockwood Heart Center.

Sarah Ranson
Sarah was a member of the University of Missouri track and cross country teams from 1991-1996. She holds numerous ALL Big 8 titles from the 3,000M to 10,000M, was an NCAA qualifier in the 10,000M and Cross Country, and an Athletic Academic All- American. While pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Management at The Florida State University, Sarah was a graduate assistant coach for the track and cross country programs.

Meeting Times
Meeting times will coincide with women's team practices.
Team Fees and Benefits
Membership Dues / Renewal
$50 every 6 months due by June 1st and January 1st. If membership dues are not paid within 30 days of the due dates (June & Jan) runners will be removed from the email distribution list. Upon payment you will be reinstated. There are no pro-rated membership fees.
New Member Initation Fee
$50 initiation fee for new members.
Benefits of Membership
Benefits for dues paid by team members.

There is no obligation to be at all practices, we realize people have busy schedules.

Men's Team
- age 35 or less 18:00 5K
- ages 36-40 18:30 5K
- Age 41-45 19:00 5K
- age 46-50 19:30 5K
- age 51-55 20:00 5K
- age 56-60 20:30 5K
- age 61-65 21:00 5K
- age 66-70 21:30 5K
Application
You must be a USATF Club member (for insurance purposes).
